Great for biking, running, dog walks. Walk to SPA Park, golf course, gorgeous public swimming pool, free tennis courts, natural springs.

Huge backyard with propane firepit, dining deck, propane grill, and shed for bikes.

PLEASE NOTE:
- No large parties or smoking.
- Pets must be picked up after (lawn service guys require it).
- There are security cameras on exterior.
- The kitchen stove is smaller than average.

- Rates are highest during track season.
